HOW TO LOGIN:
If you’re already enrolled, that’s great! Just enter your user name and password
at the top of FitFactor Home and you’re in! If not, visit your local Youth Center
so you can get enrolled and get started. If you are under 13, you’ll need a Parental
Permission form. There’s a link at the bottom to print one out, or you can get one
from your Youth Center.
If you have forgotten your user name or password, click here
and we will email it to you.
HOW TO ADD FAVORITES:
During your first visit, you’ll need to go to the "My FitFactor" page and select the "Add/Remove Activities" link . This will allow you to pick which activities you want to add to your "Favorites" list. To find an activity, you can search by category or by key word. For instance if you type in "soccer" you’ll see all eligible activities related to that word. When you find an activity you like to do, just click "Add", and it will move it to your Favorites list. It's that easy! You'll not only see these activities in your favorites list, they'll also be listed on your "My Points" page when you go there to log your points. If you stop doing an activity, you can remove it from your Favorites by clicking "Remove". But don't worry; you don't lose any points you've already logged for that activity.
HOW TO ADD POINTS:
Ok, you've got your Favorites, now click over to the "My Points" page. This is really cool. You'll see a 7 day calendar there for the current week, plus you're Favorites below. Click on that day in the picture calendar that you want to log activities for. When you click on the day, the date will display below. This let's you know that you're logging points for the right day. Once you know you’re on the right day, select the activities you did from you favorites and click "Add". A message will then display letting you know you’ve added those points for the day. Now you're on your way to earning some great prizes and keeping active all at the same time! This section of the website will also let you see your current level standing and how many more points you need to get to the next level!
IMPORTANT to remember: Activities are now worth either
25 or 50 points and you can log up to 100 points per day. If you
forget to log something, you can go back up to 7 days, but no further. So, make
sure you keep on track and stay current!
That’s it in a nutshell! For more assistance, it’s best to visit your Youth Center
for hands on help. Other helpful links are also at the bottom of your pages after
you log in.
